James Moore has over 20 years' experience working with and supporting voluntary and statutory organisations. As a former Chief Executive of a charity providing support and services to those with Mental Health issues in Birmingham, he has gained an insight and understanding of how services have been commissioned as well as the workings of organisations such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the NHS and PCTs. James believes that it is important that the general public are kept informed of and have a say in how and what services are commissioned and delivered across their City and that their input is key to the overall improvement of services in the future.
